We don't coat over a failing floor — that just buries the problem. We mechanically grind off the old coating, repair cracks, spalls, and pits, address any moisture issues, then re-prep the bare concrete to the same standard as a new install. From there we lay a fresh flake epoxy or polyaspartic system, sealed with a UV-stable topcoat and backed by our 15-year warranty — the same warranty as a brand-new floor.
If less than about a third of the floor has failed and the concrete underneath is sound, a spot repair and full recoat is usually the smart, cost-effective call. If the slab is badly delaminated or moisture-compromised, a full strip-and-redo protects you from paying twice. We'll tell you honestly which one your floor needs at the free assessment — no upsell.
